In her role as a litigation paralegal at Haeggquist & Eck, Michelle Railey-Jones draws on a wealth of professional experience in business, law enforcement, the private sector, and law. Michelle’s no stranger to working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment: she served as a deputy sheriff in San Diego County for nearly two decades, has worked as a residential realtor in one of the fastest-growing markets in Texas, and has managed complex cases in both state and federal courts as a paralegal at some of San Diego’s busiest law firms. She is well-versed in preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial, and her positive attitude and tireless work ethic make her a fantastic addition to the HAE team.
Michelle received her B.S. in Government and Legal Studies from Texas Woman’s University in 2013 and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2016.
